|We hope this update finds you well!
As many of you may have heard, Governor Brown has given the option for Dental offices to re-open for all treatment as of May 1st. There are many guidelines and rules that we are required to follow however, they have not been made clear at this time. We are waiting on more guidance from the Oregon Health Authority as well as our local and national associations.
In order to keep our patients and staff safe, we will continue to be available for emergency treatment as we wait for more clear guidelines. In the meantime, we will be preparing as much as possible with the information that we do have.
Our main priority is the safety of our patients, staff, and community. While we are anxious to get back to caring for each and every one of you, we want to have all new policies, safety features, and appropriate equipment in place. We assure you that we are working on this and we look forward to seeing you all soon!

Many people make the mistake of thinking that if they are okay with the look of their smile and that they do not need to see an orthodontist. Unfortunately, this not the case and causes many people to live with painful or inaccurate chewing or possibly difficulty speaking. Straight teeth do more than provide you with a pretty smile, they make it easier to talk, bite and chew your food. Even if you think you do not need to seek orthodontic care, it might be worth a consultation to see what is going on in your mouth that you might not be aware of.
If you feel as if you suffer from teeth that are not as straight as they could be, have difficulty chewing or biting your food, trouble with your speech or simply do not like the look of your smile, it is well worth it to see schedule a consultation to see how we can help you make your teeth straighter and more comfortable.
